Henry has over 20 years experience of helping organisations manage the people aspects of change, his experience includes working with a wide range of multinational, private and public sector organisations, developing and managing delivery of tailored programmes.
He has provided support for individuals from diverse disciplines and level from CEO to admin/clerical and manufacturing employees, ensuring that all receive appropriate support tailored to their individual circumstance.
Henry works closely with his client organisations from the early planning stages through to delivery and achieving a positive outcome for the individual and organisation. He personally takes an active role in the early stages of engagement and delivery ensuring a good match between coach and the individual in terms of background, experience and personal chemistry which he views as critical to a successful outcome.

Having worked in the industry for 23 years in senior roles, with four consultancies, he has been a champion for sharing knowledge and raising the standards of the Career Transition industry.
