Ian is an energetic career management coach with extensive experience in delivering career coaching and outplacement programmes to individuals and groups at all levels. Having been through a major career transition himself, Ian is acutely aware of the ‘roller-coaster’ of emotions, pressures and ideas experienced by people affected by change, particularly associated with redundancy. He always takes the time required to listen, reassure and to coax individuals to discover their potential, whether to continue in the same career or explore new directions. Ian uses a range of diagnostic tools to help people, including personality profiles (specifically OPQ).
