Shaun is a successful and thought provoking consultant specialising in Career Transition, Organisational Change and Career Management. He uses a broad range of well-established tools and techniques to enable individuals to better understand their motivators, drivers & values and thereby set career goals and objectives. He has coached at all levels across a wide range of organisations in both the public and private sector and has Project Managed some of the largest career transition contracts in Western Europe.
He has more recently delivered a broad range of bespoke training to support organisations in managing people through change, with a focus on communication and performance.
