As an experienced career coach and learning and development specialist, Sue has supported many clients over the last 10 years with their career transition. She has consulted across many industries, spanning both the Public and Private sectors, with clients ranging from Senior Directors to Manufacturing operatives.
Her supportive, collaborative style helps to identify what is important to them, to recognise their key drivers and motivators and to gain clarity of their career objectives. Underpinned with the principle that each client is unique; Sue takes time to build rapport developing trusting open relationships ensuring a bespoke programme of support is created and tailored to their specific requirements. Sue is passionate about partnering individuals to be the best they can and realise their full career potential.
In her early career, she worked as a Learning and Development Consultant assisting Senior Directors with their own and their teams career progression providing support such as; coaching and mentoring, performance management, talent development and succession planning. Sue also has extensive experience working alongside Leadership teams to create people development strategies whilst undertaking detailed training needs analysis to design and deliver highly regarded training solutions.
