We specialise in supporting Senior Executives make successful career moves following redundancy.
This is an unlimited, bespoke coaching-led programme designed entirely around the needs of the individual, and remains in place until they have successfully achieved their objectives/secured and onboarded into their new role. The programme is delivered by a CDS Director and Principal Consultant and supported by a team of subject matter experts as appropriate.
This is typically a 6-step programme, but the content will be dependent on the needs of each executive to ensure the best possible outcome.
