We specialise in supporting Senior Executives make successful career moves following redundancy. 

This is an unlimited, bespoke coaching-led programme designed entirely around the needs of the individual, and remains in place until they have successfully achieved their objectives/secured and onboarded into their new role. The programme is delivered by a CDS Director and Principal Consultant and supported by a team of subject matter experts as appropriate.

This is typically a 6-step programme, but the content will be dependent on the needs of each executive to ensure the best possible outcome.

The service includes:

  • Initial meeting with a CDS Director to understand the background, needs analysis and assess chemistry to match the colleague to the right coach who will work with them throughout their programme.
  • Unlimited coaching.
  • Specialist coach where needed (personal branding, own business, interviews, LinkedIn, networking, NED, etc.)
  • Access to CDS client centre (online tools)
  • Concierge service (legal, tax, IFA advice)
  • Transition Coaching into the new role
